Term: Evergreen Clause

« Back to Glossary Index

An Evergreen Clause is a contract provision which automatically renews a lease at the lease termination date, normally for the length of the agreement again, unless notice for termination is given within the time period specified within the lease contract. Evergreen clauses are often used for long term agreements such as memberships or maintenance contracts, and in many cases work to the benefit of the consumer, ensuring no loss of service.

So when I get my monthly statement I have been getting it from different people. It needs to come from ESP. It gets missed or goes to junk. John Williams
